How to request a refund
Our payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used at checkout, or contact our support team and we will assist you. Refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

- Monthly and annual subscriptions, within 30 days of the initial purchase.
- One-time credit-pack purchases, within 30 days of the order date.
Renewals and cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewal charges. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us or Paddle and we will work with you to resolve it fairly.
Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us or Paddle first — refund requests submitted directly are almost always faster and easier to resolve.
